Consultations by Appointment

Appointments are required for all consultations, including vaccinations, rechecks and surgical procedures. Ideally you should make an appointment at least 1-2 days in advance, though usually you can make an appointment to see us the same day if required. You can ask when you make the appointment to see a particular vet if you wish - otherwise the first available vet will see you at the time.

To make an appointment, all you need to do is phone us during office hours on
(03) 9781 4499. If you bring your animal in without an appointment, our vets may not be able to see you straight away. This may be due to other appointments or surgical procedures. However, we will endeavour to fit you in wherever possible and try to minimise your waiting time if we can.

The order of priority is:

Emergency Cases
Scheduled Appointments
Clients without scheduled appointments

It is in your best interests to make an appointment. We will also arrange an appointment time for admission of pets for surgery, usually between 7.30am and 9:00am on weekdays only.

Please note that there is a surcharge to consultations on Sundays and Public Holidays. We are closed on Christmas Day and Good Friday
