Consultations are by Appointment
Appointments are required for all consultations, including vaccinations, re-vists and surgical procedures. Ideally, it is advised that you make an appointment at least 1–2 days in advance for routine visits.
When you make the appointment, if you wish to see a particular veterinarian, please let us know, otherwise the first available veterinarian will see you at the time you have requested
To make an appointment, all you need to do is phone us during office hours on

Or book online
If you bring your animal in without an appointment, our vets may not be able to see you straight away. This may be due to other appointments or surgical procedures. However, we will endeavour to fit you in wherever possible and try to minimise your waiting time if we can.
The order of priority is:
1. Emergency Cases
2. Scheduled Appointments
3. Clients without scheduled appointments (extra charges may apply)
It is in your best interests to make an appointment. We endeavour to always run on time. However, sometimes patients come in to our clinic a lot sicker than the owner first thought, and we need to spend extra time with these patients. Our reception staff do their best to keep you informed of the wait times. Unfortunately, in most cases, they do not know how much longer it is due to the nature of the consultation occurring.
We will also arrange an appointment time for admission of pets for surgery, usually between 7.30am and 9:00am on weekdays only.
