Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

In order to be eligible for a prescription medication request from Beach Street Veterinary Clinic, your pet must have had a recent health check within the last 6 months.  If your pet is overdue for a visit, please contact our team to book an appointment.

All medication requests require 24 hours notice. This will allow for our on-duty veterinarians time to review the clinical notes, authorise the prescription, then prescribe and dispense the medications. We then have another member of staff check the request to ensure it is all correct.  The medication will then be ready for you to pick up the following business day from 8.00am.

If your pet has run out of its medication, and you require same day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone.
